This Blue Corn was "Contracted" to Pepe's Foods of Toronto, Ontario, Canada for delivery in the fall of 93 through the year of 1994

The 3 ears of blue corn on the left in the first picture were produced in the clean fields and the 2 ears on the right were produced in the weedy fields which had no weed control.

The weeds in the field used the food, water and the sun light that these ears needed to survive!

The ear of Blue Corn below is what the whole blue corn crop should have look like until, Carl J Redmann and Posey County Farm Bureau Co-op, shorted the correct amount of chemicals to control the weeds. Chemical Shortage on my farms were about 1/3 less then required. One Must remember the Carl J Redmann said, "We get paid for what we know" I assume that means Posey County Farm Bureau Co-op makes more profit if they do not apply all of the chemicals that are required to do the job "but" still charge for the full amount.
