Fourth Forgery
Posey Superior Court Judge, "The Dis-Honorable Judge James M Redwine"

The Dis-Honorable Judge James M Redwine, "Guilty of Class C Felony Forgery"

Fall of 99 One week before the trial against Posey County Farm Bureau Co-op, Superior Court Judge, James Redwine, called a pretrial hearing. In this hearing, he said, Jim, you are not allowed to show the jury the forgeries of your signature, by Posey County Farm Bureau involved in this case. I said, what did you say, Judge Redwine said, I said you cannot show the jury the forgeries of your signature, by Posey County Farm Bureau involved in this case. I said, you just cost me my life, ever thing I have worked for.

Shortly after the pretrial hearing and without being able to present my case in court against Posey County Farm Bureau Co-op, I was called "ordered" back into Superior Court by Judge James Redwine. I was informed by Judge Redwine that the Posey Superior Court, in other words, Judge James Redwine and Posey County Farm Bureau Co-op had reach and agreement about a settlement "for me" "It was without my permission". I was informed by the judge, that a settlement of $50,000.00 was to be given to me. (By Federal Law, the judge is not allowed to have any say in a settlement) The judge also informed me that I "must sign the settlement and the check" and the money approximately $30,000.00 will be given to the attorney "Larry Daly" that I had fired for not doing his work and the remainder would go the National City Bank. I said, I refuse to sign both the settlement and the check, my losses are for more than $50,000.00 - Judge, James Redwine said, that's OK, I will sign your signature for you. and he did.

This is the Fourth Forgery of my signature in this case.

By Federal Law, the judge is not allowed to have any say in a settlement and by Federal Law, the judge cannot sign a persons signature to a settlement forum! This is Forgery!

I contacted the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investation) in Evansville, Indiana about this problem. The FBI Agent that I spoke with said, Mr. Winiger, this is like an Internal Investgation, We have to live with these people so "we will not" investgate this problem.

The Honorable Judge James M Redwine, forced me into bankruptcy in 2000 with his Forgery of my signature in 1999. Posey Superior Court Judge and now Posey Circuit Court Judge, "The Honorable Judge James M Redwine" Because I have exposed him, on this Internet Program, Judge James M Redwine (4th and Main St. Mt. Vernon, Indiana) for his Forgery of my signature in the fall of 1999, which by Federal Law is a Crime, Out of Revenge, for the past 12 years he has continually entered my name in the Credit Report Companies, Experian, Equifax and TransUnion for not beening able to pay my taxes on property that I lost due to the Forgeries and the Bankruptcy, I was forced into.

July 20th. 98 The Plaintiff and the Defendant are required to attend the second Meditation Conference in which Judge William H. Miller of the Vanderburgh County Bar Association presides over the events. During the conference Judge Miller suggested to the Plaintiff and his Attonery that the court proceedings should be moved from Posey County. He said you will not win this case in Mt. Vernon. Now I can see why Judge Miller said I could not win this case in Posey County. Judge Miller also suggested that the Plaintiff check into the possibility of Fraud by the co-op in this case. My attorney, Larry Daly, would not move this case to another court outside of Posey County nor would he pursue Subpoenaed Documents from the defendant, Posey County Farm Bureau Co-op, these are the reasons why Attorney Larry Daly was terminated. After Larry Daly's termination, I contacted 12 law firms in Evansville to proseed with this case on my behalf and all 12 law firms asked me the same 2 questions, 1 - Who is this case against? and 2 - What court is this case in? I said, 1-Posey County Farm Bureau Co-op and 2-Posey Superior Court and all 12 Evansville Law Firms had the same response, We don't want this case!
